Payment

In order to secure your booking, please send us valid credit card details (VISA/Mastercard). Once these are received, we will debit the full amount to your credit card, and your booking will be confirmed. You will be able to cancel or amend your booking up until 48 hours before the date of arrival (admin fee may apply, please see below). Please note we will require the credit card used to make the booking present at the time of check-in. Failure to produce this credit card may result in us having to recharge you for this booking.

If you would prefer to pay via EFT, please pay the full amount into our bank account details which will be provided on request. Please note your booking will only be confirmed once a valid proof of payment is received by us.

Cancellation

Please note that if cancellations or amendments are not received 48 hours before the date of arrival the full amount will be charged for the booking. As well as this any cancellations or amendments made by you after booking may incur a 10% admin fee.
